Hotel Baikal - All Inclusive

The noise made this a poor choice for a quiet family holiday. Animation blared from 10:00 to 23:00, then noisy, drunk tourists lingered by the bar until 2:00 in the morning, laughing loudly in the corridor, struggling to find their rooms and sometimes going into neighboring rooms. The pool area is too small for the number of guests, and getting a sunbed means waking at 6 am. The entertainment was boring and primitive, with outdated music repeated daily, though the team did try hard, especially with the children. The all-inclusive food was a letdown too: the menu barely changed, there was little variety or creativity, and much of it was unhealthy and oily. We waited in vain for restaurant-quality flavors. Queues for food were long, and finding a free table was difficult. At first glance, the hotel seems wonderful. The grounds are beautifully maintained and green, rooms have modern renovations, and staff are friendly. But the reality didn't match the impression.

We've been back for three years running. It's a really nice hotel, with clean rooms, friendly staff, plenty of tasty food, good entertainment, and a great location.

We had such a fun stay and will definitely come back next year. There were lots of activities, including dances and exercises in the pool and on the court. The animation group was impressive, friendly, polite and inclusive, inviting guests to join in and get moving. The games for children were especially cool, giving parents a chance to relax. The surroundings are beautiful and the food selection is large and delicious. Waiters were very polite and professional, and housekeeping cleaned the rooms neatly and sincerely.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel itself was very clean and nice. We liked the food, drinks and animation, and the staff were friendly. The one problem was the pillows. My family and I couldn't sleep very well because they were uncomfortable, so bring your own if you want a good night's sleep.
