There’s a big parking area, and I could always find a space nearby. The hotel is at the north end of the city, next to a beautiful park, with a decent view of Kazanluk. The air is fresh and clean, and the staff are very friendly. I’d say it’s one of the best places in Kazanluk.

The pool was too small for the hotel’s capacity, and they only filled the jacuzzi after we’d left. Bathrobes and towels weren’t included in the price, so we had to pay an extra €3.50 for each.

The restaurant serves delicious meals in large portions, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and bright. We had a wonderful time, and there’s plenty to see just a stone’s throw away. Worth every penny!

The price is very reasonable, and everything was clean and well maintained. I liked the great sauna, indoor pool, very good room, and nice receptionist. The breakfast was not bad, but nothing exceptional. I didn’t try the restaurant because it seemed very overpriced. I wish the outdoor pool were open in winter. For a more private stay, go on a weekday, weekends get overcrowded.

The rooms were nice and the staff polite, but the food wasn’t very good. The steak was dry, and they had only two desserts available from the whole selection.
