The rooms are very good if the view doesn't matter much to you. Reception is staffed around the clock, and the people there are helpful. Breakfast, though, is very basic.

A nice place for an overnight stay, and it's close to the airport.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were very responsive and helpful. Finding the hotel can be a bit awkward since it's in an industrial area near warehouses, about ten minutes from the nearest bus stop, but Google Maps makes it easy. We were told breakfast was included, yet on one day the restaurant was closed and they handed us breakfast in a bag. I didn't like that for a hotel. The following day we ate there before leaving, and the breakfast was good. Hope this helps.

The rooms were okay, but breakfast was ridiculous. I arrived at night and the blonde receptionist was very unpleasant. She didn't say hello, and when a third person was added to our booking for two, she asked us directly for an extra charge on top of the booking. No smile, just a very mean look. Not a cool welcome for my first night in Bulgaria.

We didn't try the restaurant because there was a wedding during our last visit, though we couldn't hear it from our third-floor room. The surrounding area is very industrial, but we'll definitely book again. It's a pleasant basic hotel for travellers wanting somewhere clean and quiet, reasonably close to the airport and at a fair price. The service is good, and the standard rooms are what you'd expect.
