Family Hotel Park Beach

The rooms are good and the location works well, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. We’d prepaid for half the nights, and when we arrived they demanded the rest right away. I didn’t have cash, since card payment wasn’t accepted, and said we’d pay later. The response was, “No, there’s the bank card, give me the money or I won’t accommodate you!” It was extremely arrogant. Another morning, after we’d forgotten to lock the front door, the owner wasn’t there. He started arguing with us, saying, “Good morning, why don’t you lock it? How many times do I have to tell you? I’ll take your key!”

Even though the hotel is on a main street, it was really quiet and peaceful, at least in June. It’s close to South Beach and the shops, and we even had a partial sea view without expecting one. Clean and cozy, with wonderful owners. Thank you, Danche and Ivo, you’re great! I highly recommend the place, and we’ll be back ❣️❣️

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were cheerful and friendly. It’s conveniently located near South Beach. Parking in the hotel yard and air conditioning are included, with no extra charge. The only drawback was the rather weak WiFi, though the owner said the provider was responsible. I’d gladly stay again.

It’s not the hotel it used to be. Maintenance is poor, hygiene is lacking, and the owner Ivo treats guests unacceptably. For the same money, you can find a much better hotel. I don’t recommend it.
