The restaurant serves delicious food with plenty of variety, and the pool is free to use at any time. We had a very pleasant, relaxing week. The staff are young and inexperienced, but they do the job perfectly, always polite, cheerful and smiling. The hotel is right by the sea, with a walking path below it. Rooms facing the water have a great view. Atliman beach is 10 minutes away, and the south beach takes 15-20 minutes. The main street is 100 meters away. The rooms are cozy and clean, and were cleaned regularly when we left the key at reception. The central air conditioning has controls in each room, and the windows block sound very well. I recommend it to anyone visiting Kiten.

The pool is amazing, right on the seaside with a view over the water. Sometimes wild dolphins appear in the small bay. Our room was sparkling clean, the service was very friendly, and the food was delicious. We'll definitely come back next year!

I don't know whether the people who gave this place excellent ratings stayed at the same hotel, because my impression was completely different. The breakfast was decent, but the coffee was awful and dinner was just enough to keep you from going hungry. For three nights, nobody took out the garbage. Our room was dirty, with marked walls and torn corners. The mattresses were long overdue for replacement and not fit to sleep on. The bathroom smelled of drains, and in the morning it also smelled of fried bread. For a three-star hotel, I think there should be soap and shampoo, but there weren't any. The TV was too small for the room. The mosquito net didn't work, so you'll need to buy something to keep mosquitoes away, or you'll have to live with them. If you think I'm exaggerating, go see for yourself. I wouldn't stay again.

We had a great time in Kiten and plan to return next year. The food was good, and the hotel is closer to Atliman beach. They cleaned the rooms every two days and changed the sheets.
