Hotel Jeravi

We're having a lovely vacation so far. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and there's a good variety of food each day. Thanks to Jeravi hotel and all the workers for their hard work.

We were very disappointed and wouldn't stay at this hotel again. The pool loungers were the biggest problem. The rule was that loungers left unused for more than 30 minutes should be made available, but the lifeguard sat around and didn't enforce it. About 70% looked visibly reserved by people who had no intention of using them. We and another family with two children were left without a sunbed and umbrella while the lifeguard rested and paid no attention to what was happening. After we were told to watch for loungers that had been empty for 30 minutes, we had to make a scene. In the end, each family got just one lounger, for two adults and one child. The hotel also seemed disorganized, with mostly 16-year-old staff and only two or three waiters actually doing anything. The reception staff didn't seem to know why they were there, couldn't answer our questions, or gave us misleading information. We were pointed in the wrong direction for the beach and umbrellas and could barely find them. Beach towels were available only with a 20 BGN deposit per towel. We can't recommend this place and won't visit again.

We came back for a second visit, and everyone is more than happy with Hotel Jeravi. The rooms are lovely and clean, with a good view, and the beach is close by. The food is excellent, especially if you enjoy fish and meat, and they refill dishes quickly when they run out. The animators are very kind, and the program is in Czech and Bulgarian. It was a great experience for the kids. We'd very likely visit again!

The only downside for us was that frappe and freshly squeezed juice weren't part of the all-inclusive package. Otherwise, this is a very nice, clean hotel in an excellent spot right by the beach, with private sun loungers and umbrellas. The food was tasty, and the rooms were cleaned daily. It's about a 10-minute walk to the centre, and I'd definitely recommend it.
