The food was poor, with hardly anything to choose from despite it being called a buffet. The internet barely worked and was only available on the ground floor, and noise came through the walls as if the doors were open. The furniture was old and damaged, and the photos on Booking and other sites seem to show only the small renovated section. For a whole week, the sheets and towels stayed the same. When I mentioned it, the receptionist just shrugged. The drains smelled awful, and most of the staff couldn't speak English. A disaster. Don't go there.

Kranevo's worst hotel, and probably its dirtiest and oldest. It isn't worth paying to stay there.

The food fell short, and the rooms were a little cramped and not very good.

The food was awful and the place wasn't clean. Save your money and stay away!!!!!

It's okay, but the staff really ought to speak English.
