Effect Algara Beach Club Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

The beach was clean, and there were plenty of nice activities to do. At Effect Algara Beach Resort, the food and service were great, the staff were friendly, and everything was very clean. Such nice people, too. It's a perfect place to relax, eat and enjoy life. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone!

The entertainment was good, the staff were friendly, and the park was nice. Food was okay, though our baby seemed to have an allergy to something. I hadn't fed him any ingredients he hadn't tried before, and he's fine for now. There are only two small pools. Our room has a big bed, balcony and bathroom, but the room itself is far too small or badly arranged. The cot is almost against our bed, and the stroller doesn't fit inside, so we have to leave it outside. We spoke to the manager, who said the issue was that we had a baby under two, while other groups had three people or older children. But when we booked, the photos showed much larger double rooms. We're here now, but unfortunately won't come back. It feels like false advertising, at least for us. If you're travelling with a baby under two, I'd choose another hotel.

The 24/7 bar was great. The food was varied, UAI was great, and the staff were friendly. We were arriving after 10 PM, and they called to ask when we'd get there and whether we'd like them to keep some food for us. It was just a small gesture and a small amount of food, but it made a huge difference. Great place for a short or long stay.

The children's pool is tiny, the water's too cold, and there are no water games. Similar hotels have bigger kids' pools with warm water, so this one really needs some improvements.
