We've been to the hotel regularly, and the staff are always kind. The spa and pools are great, and both breakfast and dinner are fresh. Dinner could use more variety, though there are always fish and meat dishes. The double deluxe room is really big. There's still plenty of space with an extra bed and a baby cot, and the rooms overall are very spacious. The lighting is a definite weak spot, with only one real light, so the rooms feel quite dark. In winter the heating can't be turned off and it gets very hot. Something to keep in mind, but it doesn't ruin the stay.

The spa was clean, relaxing, and not crowded, and the massages were done professionally. I had a very pleasant, satisfying stay. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was excellent, so my admiration to the chef. Totally recommend it!

Only the friendly staff were a positive for me. The food was a compromise and felt like 3-star quality. This definitely isn't a 5-star hotel, more like 3 stars at best. The spa is small and crowded for the hotel's capacity, and the pool water was dirty, which was very disappointing. I won't recommend staying here.

The spa was okay, not especially big or fancy, but generally not bad. The food was good. My room was really dark because there were no ceiling lights, just floor lamps.

I visited only the spa as an outside guest, but after seeing it I wouldn't recommend staying here either. The pools and saunas were really dirty and outdated, and a broken sauna bench could hurt someone. It wasn't worth the money. They let us in even though they didn't have a free key for the lockers.
