I would give this place negative stars if I could. The room was dirty, including sheets with stains, and the dusty curtains and old, poorly maintained furnishings made it worse. We asked to have the sheets changed and were moved to another room, but it was the same there. In the end they gave us a replacement sheet that was dirty and worn out. Parking costs extra, and even though we paid, the hotel had sold more spaces than it had. The assigned spot was a problem every night, and we had to sort it out with the security guard ourselves. When we gave feedback to the receptionist at the end of our stay, she called the manager to reception. An angry representative came down and argued with us in a raised voice. She insisted we go to the room to show her its condition, even after we said no, and made two cleaning staff come along. She shouted, was rude and abusive, and dismissed everything we said about our bad stay. At one point she was physically disrespectful, mimicking our gestures, and tried to surround us with her hands as we left. Absolutely do not go here!

The garden is spacious and beautiful, with swings and a hammock where you can relax. The beach is only two minutes away, with lovely sand, and Lozenets center is a few minutes from the hotel. The staff were kind and cheerful, the rooms all had air conditioning, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast and dinner on the half-board plan, and the bar staff were friendly too. Thanks to everyone! I'd recommend it.

We came back two years after our first visit, and the hotel was just as nice. The rooms were tidy, and the desserts were very good. We tried the breakfast and dinner option this time but weren't happy with it, so maybe eat out instead.

The staff were friendly and quick to sort things out. We were there for the Euro ‘24 finals, and when I asked if they could show the game on the lobby projector, they did. The next day they'd even set up a little viewing area, which was really cute. The rooms are clean, have balconies, and come with AC. The location's great too, with the main beach entrances just a minute or two away and the center and restaurants close by. Lozenets isn't big, but it's still a handy spot. It's comfortable and fairly priced for what you get, though not fancy. I think this is an old communist era rest home for wallpaper factory workers from Botevgrad. They did a nice job renovating it while preserving the place. In the busy summer season, it's worth buying a hotel parking space because parking in Lozenets can get chaotic fast. Looking forward to coming back!
