Best food we’ve had in Bulgaria. The staff were friendly and very attentive, and it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend it, 10/10.

We’ve been to restaurant Laguna several times, and every visit was awesome. The setting is nice, the food tasty, and the service more than excellent. The waiters were kind and pleasant, and they handled all our extra requests for food and drinks. It’s rare to get such attentive care throughout a visit. I highly recommend it for good food and service.

The manager was exceptionally helpful over the phone and helped us pick the right package. It’s a family-run business, with a spacious restaurant on the ground floor. You can order anything from traditional Bulgarian food to fancier options like salmon. Everything was amazing.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, but reception was a really bad experience. They wouldn’t take our card, even though it worked perfectly elsewhere, and the manager was rude and disrespectful. Breakfast was barely a proper meal, and everything, including the ham and tomatoes, was old.

Cozy rooms, super friendly staff, and a location close to literally everything. It wasn’t expensive, which feels unusual with prices going up everywhere. A great find.
