Stefanov 2 Hotel

The pool was a big hit with my kids, and the lifeguard was great. He saved my little child at least once. Our room was cleaned daily, and the hotel was nice and clean. Restaurant staff were quick and great, though the food was just okay. The tomatoes and cucumbers in my salad had no taste. It was the middle of the season for some of the tastiest tomatoes, and even the local store on the way to the beach had them.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and very good, and it had all the amenities we expected.

We stayed a few days as a family, and the reception staff made a great impression. We often struggle with the language barrier in Bulgaria, but this time the staff were really helpful. One person apologized for his English, though he spoke it much better than I speak Bulgarian. English isn't my first language either, but we managed to communicate. The pool area was excellent and well looked after. We enjoyed everything we ordered from the good lunch menu, and the portions were generous. The kids especially loved the breakfast buffet. The only downside was that the kitchen closes at 6pm. We would have liked to eat dinner there too, but I understand it may not be cost effective to keep it open later right now. I hope that changes for them in the future. I'd recommend the hotel anytime. Lozenets also felt very family friendly. We'll definitely return, and I know where we'll book 😊

Parking was a real problem when we arrived, and the balcony view was awful. There's no kitchen. The food is really good, though, and the large pool is free. It has a children's area and a lifeguard.
