Villa Bulgara Eco

The included breakfast was very basic and the products were low quality, and the price didn't match what we got. The room was tiny, the sheets had some old stains, and the bathroom was in poor condition with a partly broken toilet seat. We were there for a long weekend in September with my son and mother. Other families had older kids who made noise until midnight, ran through the guest house, and slammed doors. My mother and I complained twice, but nobody did anything. Luckily, my son didn't wake up. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear people even when they're speaking quietly to each other. I don't recommend this place.

I've stayed here twice now and plan to come again. The villa is a lovely place to relax, with cute, clean rooms. The restaurant's food is one of a kind, made with local products and spices. The only drawback is that the rooms don't have private terraces.

The hosts were especially friendly, even offering donuts and drinks for the road. We enjoyed dinner, with a nice selection at mixed prices, and the breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of very good products. The complex also has a pool, garden, and restaurant. Rooms were good and had A/C and a fridge. There were some pandemic measures in place. It's about a 10-minute drive from the Unesco heritage Madara Rider. The price seemed fair, especially with such a good breakfast. A few things in the room could be improved, but overall it was a very good experience.

It's clean and cozy, but very hard to find. The rooms have no private terrace, and the breakfast was extremely poor despite being advertised as "excellent". Dinner was expensive and only average in quality.
