It’s okay and good value for the money, but nothing special. We stayed for about 24 hours and only had breakfast once. With kids, it wasn’t very practical for eating in or cooking, and there was no way to clean the floor where they’d left crumbs. Otherwise, the staff were polite, there’s parking for an extra charge, and the place was relatively clean.

We couldn't get any response from the host when we tried to sort out a problem with our booking. The customer service was basically nonexistent. Plovdiv has plenty of other places, and I'd strongly suggest booking somewhere else.

We had a baby with us and the hotel had a crib ready, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, and there’s private parking. Great location too.

Free parking was handy, and the manager and staff were amazingly friendly. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was nice as well. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend the place.

We liked staying here. The price was good, the room looked clean and nice, and it was quiet. There was an elevator and air conditioning, plus everything else we needed.
