Avoid this place if you have food allergies. When asked, the chef didn’t know what was in the food, which is very dangerous. We told them about our needs when booking a month ahead and were assured there would be suitable options, but that wasn’t the case.

I visited about 20 years ago with my girlfriend, while I was studying at Kavala's technological installation.

It was tragic. I’ve stayed at many spa hotels, and this isn’t one of the good ones. It’s a hotel that’s been hyped up. Sure, it’s nice that it’s a Castle, but that’s about the only good thing. The rooms were okay, but dirty, with dust everywhere and questionable cleanliness. The coffee machine was filthy, and the electric kettle still had water in it from who knows when. The tub was awful. The heart shape is cute, but I guess nobody checks the jets because only half of them worked. The worst part was the smell after a bath. The water smelled literally like sewage, and we couldn’t take a bath. I tried 2 bath bombs, but even they couldn’t cover the disgusting smell. That was the biggest turnoff. I usually take multiple baths, but didn’t use it again. The restaurant and food were mid. On Valentine's Day, management knew the place would be full but didn’t bring in more staff. We waited 30 minutes just to get a waiter’s attention and order water. I was thinking about going to my room to get my water bottle. The pools were mid too. To me, it doesn’t even qualify as a spa: 2 jacuzzis, pools, 1 tiny sauna, and 1 steam bath with apparently no aroma. Honestly, I can’t recommend this hotel. I highly recommend skipping it. It only looks fancy in pictures.

A very impressive place, with a really nice restaurant and good service. Strongly recommend.
