The shuttle goes straight to the gondola and back, which is handy, since it’s about a 10-15 minute walk. After skiing or a walk, the pool and sauna are a lovely way to unwind. The food was delicious, with a good choice at both breakfast and dinner, and sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine after dinner was especially nice. My room was very clean, with an incredibly comfortable mattress, so I slept deeply after a busy day. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. I felt comfortable and surrounded by wonderful people throughout my stay, and by the end they felt like family. I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you to everyone!

We stayed for a weekend, and the room was good, especially the very comfortable beds. The hotel overlooks the river and is close to the central area, but it was still quiet around us. There’s a large swimming pool and a decent sauna. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel, with lots of options, all well prepared. We had a great stay, thank you!

The staff were super nice and ready to help at any time, definitely five-star service. The facility was clean and tidy, though it could use a little refresh. The internet in the rooms was very slow, while the lobby connection was very good. The sports room could use an update, including a billiard table.

The location is quiet but close to everything, and the free shuttle to and from the slopes makes getting around easy. After skiing, walking, or a day in the mountains, the pool is big enough to swim in and the sauna is a relaxing finish. The food was a treat: after seeing the plentiful breakfast buffet, we tried the dinner buffet and enjoyed it every evening. It was tasty, varied, and well priced. From the moment we arrived, Hotel Evelina Palace, Bansko made us feel welcome rather than like just another guest. The staff were warm and attentive. Our room was spacious, cozy, and spotless, and the comfortable mattresses and pillows helped us sleep like babies. It’s an experience we’ll happily return to, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and breakfast was filling with plenty to choose from. Everyone was kind, attentive, and ready to help. The hotel is in a convenient central spot by the river and old town. I’d definitely recommend it!
