Holiday Orchid Fort Golf Club

Very nice and peaceful.

A nice place.

We’ve come here three years running and love how spacious, green, and well-kept the grounds are. There are nine pools, including ones for children and pools with slides, along with two restaurants, a medical and beauty centre, and shops on site. A good supermarket is close by, and a large waterpark is across the street. The sea is a leisurely 15-minute walk away. This area is quiet compared with the beach, which suits us. The grounds are gated and have plenty of children’s areas, and there’s a golf course too. We think it’s hard to beat for a family holiday.

Before booking, I specifically asked whether the room had a washing machine and whether I could book for a month, then get the difference back if I checked out after three weeks. I was told yes to both: there would be a washing machine in the room, and the unused time would be refunded. But there was no washing machine, and laundry costs extra. After checking in and staying for a week, I bought tickets and told the manager. I was then told I wouldn’t get a refund because they didn’t know who I had booked with. How can that happen? The way guests are treated is absolutely terrible. I don’t recommend this hotel.
