VALOR

We were seven people and arrived to check in at 4 AM. The receptionist greeted us kindly and handled everything professionally. The clean, nicely decorated rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. If you're a group of three, room 303 has three separate beds. A little note with a surprise message comes with the coffee, and mine said "Love," which made my morning nicer. There are also two 22 kW charging stations beside the hotel and an outdoor playground near the terrace for families with kids. The staff's English isn't very good, though it didn't cause us any real trouble. We had a great stay and will definitely come back on our next visit.

We realized they were trying to fool us and tried to talk it through, but they wouldn't listen and eventually kicked us out. We had to find another hotel nearby. Thankfully, the staff there were kind, spoke English, and communicated well, unlike Valor. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at for customer treatment and how it operates, out of many over the years. The service was awful, and I've never left a review like this before. They seemed to have no idea how Hotels.com or Booking.com works, and tried to deceive us with different booking details, even using another name, to overcharge us.

We booked through booking.com several weeks ahead and entered a credit card, but when we arrived they said there were no rooms available. Cancelling the booking cost 100 lek. Luckily, booking.com is helping us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and modern, but breakfast has very little choice and isn't good. I was also really surprised that coffee costs extra at breakfast.
