The apartments are modern and spotless, and they're perfectly located just behind the Rila hotel. There's a ski hire shop in the same block, Ollie Molly, where we've rented all our gear for the past three years. Basic food for the week was easy to get with a 15-minute taxi ride to Lidl in Samokov, which cost £10. Tristan was available by phone anytime for questions. Everything went smoothly and without stress, so we'll book again.

The apartment was lovely, with comfortable beds and no noise issues. Ski hire is available in the shops downstairs, and there's a 24-hour supermarket next door. It's also close to the slopes, bars and restaurants.

Right in the centre of Borovets, this was a perfect place to stay. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We'll definitely be back.

The mattresses were awful, and I still have marks on my body from sleeping on them. Our rooms were on the fourth floor, and the elevator was small, even though the lady said we could bring our bicycles up to the room. We didn't get what we'd seen in the pictures: the rooms were completely different from the big, comfortable ones shown there. It's frustrating not to receive the rooms advertised.

They've thought of everything in this beautiful apartment, right down to a sandwich toaster. It was warm, clean and very well maintained. We'll book again for next year.
