The villas have a cozy holiday feel, comfortable space, and great heating. The slopes are only a few hundred meters away, which makes the location amazing. The people running the place are really nice and welcoming. They show you around and help you get to know the city. Breakfast has all kinds of meals, and you can even ask for something custom. I was very satisfied with the stay.

They cancelled our booking three weeks before our ski trip, even though we had booked through booking.com 11 months ahead and paid half to confirm it. They blamed the euro change on January 1. The room was still available, so I called to pay by credit card, but they said payment had to go through booking.com and the price was £800 more. We booked somewhere else and didn't book private lessons or rentals for the family through them either. Tranventuria were amazing, so use them instead. It's a shame, since the place is so close to the piste.

I can only comment on the restaurant, since I haven't stayed at the hotel. We really enjoyed the food, especially the salads chopped into small pieces, which made a big difference. I highly recommend the mulled wine too. Our waiter was friendly and great with our kid, and I loved the music. If you're in Borovets, stop by. You won't regret it.

We had an apartment and would happily stay here again and again. The breakfast was wonderful, and all the staff were lovely. The gentleman who plays music in the evenings was brilliant, and the luggage man was helpful, cheerful, and chatty. It's a fantastic hotel with a fabulous, central location and a wonderful place for a holiday. Can't wait to come back. Thanks for a great stay!
