Boutique Hotel Royal

The staff were polite and nice, and the small room was clean and cozy. The balcony gave us a decent sunset view too. The hotel is just a minute from the beach.

The beds were bad, the rooms too hot, and the balcony was small. There was no breakfast or parking, the AC was weak, the TV didn't work, and the fridge was weak too. We got only one bathroom product on arrival. The prices are high for what's offered. For the same money in Nessebar, there are better hotels with breakfast and sea views instead of a street view. I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

The food was good and the staff very polite. The hotel is on the main street in the Aurelia #21 neighbourhood, between Ravda and Nessebar. Rooms are small, but cozy, with a clean design. WiFi is slower than normal on the second and third floors. There's a small pool, and the beach is only 100 meters away. It seems very good for families with small children.

We drove 700km to get there with two small children, only to be told our reservation wasn't valid, even though I had full proof. The woman working there was extremely unwelcoming and spoke English poorly. We didn't even get a simple apology. We were left tired and looking for somewhere else to stay. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
