Finding the place wasn't easy, and the nearby roads are unpaved. Parking is hard to come by. The rooms are spacious, but not clean, and service was very poor. The operator was really nice and helped us get what we needed, while the air conditioner worked well. Still, the four-floor building has no elevator and needs a deep renovation.

Even with my reservation confirmed in advance, I arrived and waited at reception for five hours. There was no organization and nobody apologized for the delay. Then they refused to let me check in at all. The whole experience was deeply disappointing, with an unprofessional attitude, no honesty, and complete disrespect for customers. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.
It's only 150 meters from a beautiful beach. I stayed here a few years ago, when it was very dirty and poorly managed, so I was really surprised by the change. Now the apartment, reception, and hallways are all clean and smell fresh; the greenery and parking are well kept, too. The TV is still missing, but they told me it should be fixed very soon. Nessebar municipality is also building a new road out front. I'm satisfied and happy to recommend Levante Apart-Hotel after these changes. It deserved a second chance, and I hope it keeps surprising us. Best wishes.
