The hotel's furnishings and interior design are nice, and the bathroom seems to be the only part that lives up to its four stars. We weren't told the pool would be closed in low season, and every activity costs extra. Our room was very dusty. Breakfast was either very local or just bad, though I can't judge the local taste yet. It was also really noisy outside at night.

The restaurant was the one downside: after trying breakfast there twice, we decided to pass. The rest was great. The roof pool has a lovely city view, and the rooms are large and clean, with really spacious bathrooms. They cleaned every day and brought fresh towels daily.

We stayed four nights with breakfast included, and the price was good. The location worked well for us: the beach is a 10-minute walk, the supermarket is upstairs, and the old town is 15 minutes away. There's also a paid spa center and a rooftop swimming pool. The room was nice and the beds comfortable, though the cleaning could have been more thorough. The staff and atmosphere were really nice, and the people were professional. A good place to relax and explore. Recommended.

The rooftop pool is awesome, with a panoramic view over all of Nessebar, and we had good breakfasts every morning. The hotel is in a good area, about a five-minute walk from the beach, though there are communist-era apartment blocks nearby. The air conditioning worked okay but took a long time to cool the room. The cleaning ladies didn't do a proper job, and they never replaced or refilled the soap.

The rooftop pool, bar, and sunbathing area were all pleasant, though the pool was very cold in August 2018. Our room was a good size and had the usual conveniences, including a kettle, fridge, and hair dryer. Wi-Fi in the room came and went, but reception was better in the lobby. It's a pleasant hotel, well placed for walking to Old Nessebar.
