MPM Hotel Arsena

The team is what makes this place special. Restaurant and bar staff were caring, professional, and always smiling, and the double espresso at the bar became a daily highlight. Mrs. Bari kept our room spotless and even helped wash our child’s clothes. We’re also very grateful to the Hotel Manager, whose quick action saved our holiday by moving us to a beautiful room with views of the sea and Old Town. The beach was clean and well serviced, and MPM Arsena is right on the beach, a short walk from the Old Town. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied. The downsides were cold pools, which would be perfect if they were 2 degrees warmer, and the towel man/lifeguard, who was always angry and felt completely out of place with the rest of the team. Highly recommended, though warmer pools and a friendlier lifeguard would make it flawless.

I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s always been great value. The all-inclusive food is varied and surprisingly tasty, with plenty of options for everyone. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with what you need for a relaxing stay. Parking is a standout, especially in Nesebar where it can be hard to find. Staff are consistently polite and attentive, and make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive.

The beach and the location are the best parts, and the kids' activities are really good. The rooms were clean and okay, but very worn, and the whole hotel needs renovating. Food was very limited, with pretty much the same options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This felt more like a two- or three-star place than a four-star hotel.

The beach was good, and so were the beds. The rest felt closer to 2.5 stars, even though you pay for four. The steam bath and hamam weren't working, and the sauna was mostly cold, even in cold weather.
