Prince Cyril Hotel

The rooms aren’t large, but even the smallest one, 401, has a gorgeous terrace. The hotel is beautifully arranged throughout, and the people there make it a great experience at a unique resort. You can get a good coffee at reception, while the hotel restaurant is 50 m away.

The attic room on the top floor was a little too hot at night, and we couldn’t sleep with the air conditioning on. Gulls outside and on the roof were noisy, too. If those issues would bother you, it may be better to ask for a lower floor when booking. The bathroom could use some work, including a new toilet seat and a replacement door. More attention to cleaning the room would help as well. This was in July 2018. The view from upstairs was superb. The room was enough for two, with a comfortable bed, refrigerator, and air conditioning. The location was good, five minutes’ walk from the town’s big left parking and only a few steps from the center. The staff were kind and helpful.

The host was polite and quick to respond, and the place was quiet and spotless. Everything had a fresh feel, with new furniture. I really couldn't have asked for more.

Magi is a genuinely warm and friendly owner who seems to care about how your stay goes. The hotel is quiet and only a few minutes' walk from Nessabar's main area, with some good nearby restaurants, including a few with lovely sea views. The streets around the hotel are rough underfoot, mostly cobblestones and uneven stone. As a disabled pensioner, I found this an issue around Nessabar in general, and older guests, people with disabilities, and families with strollers may have a hard time too. There's no lift, and the stairs can get noisy when bags are being carried up or down, especially at check-in and checkout.
