Avoid this place, it's dangerous. I ordered a latte and asked to use the toilet. When the owner said it would cost 10 lev, I changed my mind. He then waved a knife at me, told me to leave, and made racist comments about foreigners. I reported him to the local police, though I doubt they'll do anything. I'm surprised he's still in business.

We had a really pleasant stay at Boutique Hotel St. Stefan in the charming Old Town of Nesebar. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our comfortable, well-kept room was a nice place to unwind after sightseeing. I also liked the original Bulgarian artwork in the lobby and some of the rooms, a distinctive touch. The hotel sits in the historic center, close to ancient churches, cobbled streets, and beautiful sea views. The sandy beach and port are just a short walk away, connected by ancient Roman stairs. It made exploring Nesebar very convenient. For a clean, comfortable base in the Old Town, I'd certainly recommend it.

I work in Sunny Beach and have never had such a horrible restaurant experience. Maybe that's why it's always empty. The blonde lady and the fat guy working there were completely rude to my family because we wanted to share one sandwich between two people. We left without ordering, but paid 10 lev to use the toilet. I only paid because I didn't want to cause trouble in front of my family, and I felt pity for the guy. Hope you're happy with those 10 lev 😂 I feel sad for people like this. I used to recommend this hotel to my tourists, but never again.

Loved it! This hotel is incredible, with a beautiful cafe and the best value for money. It's in the best spot in Neseebar old town, with lovely Byzantine architecture and beautiful views of the sea and old Byzantine monuments.
