Elit Holiday Village-Full Board

Super.

We paid for two nights in a small, not very clean room with three beds. There were no amenities beyond a small shared fridge. Even so, the man handling it through booking cancelled our reservation. We went to speak to him in person a week later, and he promised to sort it out, but it never got resolved.

These bungalows need a major renovation. There's no TV in the rooms, and one fridge is shared by a bungalow with three rooms. The windows need replacing; there was mold all over the room walls, as well as a cockroach. The bathroom was a mess, with nowhere to hang the shower on the wall and a toilet cistern that kept running. The food at the "restaurant" wasn't very good and wasn't worth it. After 23:00, loud music and belly laughs start up, as if you're in the neighborhood.

I was unpleasantly surprised by the bungalow hygiene. Photos can't show the stale smell in the room or the rotten food in the fridge. Keys and sockets were hanging out of the walls, the sheets were dirty, and there were no towels. The bathroom trash hadn't been emptied after the previous guests, there was no mirror, and cobwebs were everywhere. The beach is a five-minute walk away. Nearby there was a great restaurant with a pool, available for an extra fee.
