The pictures were quite misleading, and I was very disappointed with what we found. The hotel is old, dirty, and generally a dump. The woman at reception offered us three rooms, none of which matched what we'd booked. They were all on the ground floor, with no sea view or balcony. She just shrugged and asked why we needed a balcony. I would strongly recommend not staying here.

The room was really dirty, there was no hot water, and it didn't feel like being in a hotel at all. One star for the staff members who were friendly.

It was awful. The rooms were very dirty, and staff weren't there when needed, so you'd wait hours for them.

This wasn't a great place for a holiday. The staff weren't very helpful, and the all-inclusive service fell below even the minimum standard you'd expect.

A nice place, and the staff are SUPER.
