The minidisco and night shows were amazing, the food was great, and the staff were great too. The kids were happy, and we had a good time overall. Room cleaning, though, was one of the biggest downsides. The room was clean when we arrived, but over our ten-day stay there was little cleaning, if any, and repeated requests didn't get us a working soap dispenser. We chose this hotel because it seems aimed at families with kids. They need to clean up the kids club room and improve daytime activities for different ages. Most of all, there should be more varied outdoor activities for children under eight. Would I come back? Yes, but for no more than five days. Would I recommend it? Yes and no. There's a lot to like, but the problems make me hesitate.

The location is excellent, and the pools were in good condition. Still, considering the prices, we expected better food and service. There was a fair range of dishes, but the quality and taste need improvement. Some food, including the fish, didn't seem fresh. The tomatoes were oddly bland for being in season, and the beer was low quality. We came with my family expecting a lot based on the positive reviews, but the stay fell short. Parking wasn't available at the hotel, so we had to leave the car outside in a dusty, sandy area. The rooms felt worn and due for renovation, and cleanliness could be much better. On arrival, the bathroom didn't look thoroughly cleaned after the previous guests. Staff only gave it a quick flush, without properly sanitizing it; there was no sanitary seal or cleaning products in sight.

Being right by the beach was nice. I loved the room and balcony, and the pools were okay, though kind of cold. The indoor pool was closed. I also didn't like the jelly-like cakes much, but that wasn't a big deal.

Really good value for money, and all the staff gave respectful, top-notch service. Two guys called Georgi stood out: one is the head chef, and his food quality, taste, and presentation were out of this world. Georgi, the restaurant manager, deserves a medal for outstanding service. The staff were brilliant and talented. The hotel is amazing, 10 out of 10. Be back soon.

We enjoyed the evening music band by the pool, and the entertainment team always had activities ready for a good time. The food was great, and there are several swimming pools. The beach is right next to the hotel. A great place for adults and kids to relax.
