For the price, these rooms are very good value. They're clean and only a two-minute walk from the beach. Each has its own bathroom and a small kitchen corner with a fridge. It does get very hot inside during the day, though, since there's no air conditioning.

Kind hosts are the best part. The place also has a kitchen, barbecue and free parking, and it's conveniently located about five minutes from the beach, near park areas.

The owners were helpful, and parking right in front meant we didn't have to drive around town looking for a spot. The house is central, about five minutes from the beach. Our room had a kitchen with utensils and dishes, plus a fan that kept it cool. It was clean and had what we needed, with a broad terrace and a great view. A cozy, pleasant stay.

The mattresses were awful, the toilet wasn't very clean, the windows were dirty, and everything creaked. The terraces look onto inner Italian courtyards full of weeds. The owners seemed not to care that guests were trying to vacation, shouting and knocking. If you can, pick somewhere else to stay.

It's an easy walk to the beach, and the center of Obzor is close too. Shops and a supermarket are nearby. Our room and bathroom were clean, the kitchenette had good equipment, and they cleaned the room every day. Wi-Fi worked well. You can also arrange an airport transfer here. A great location.
