The parking was outrageously far away, which isn't acceptable for the price. The hosts weren't friendly or helpful to us, though maybe they were only like that with us :). There was no air conditioning, the room was small and unclean, and there were no mosquito nets. The furniture was old, and the bathroom door made a loud noise whenever we opened or closed it. I won't return to this awful, uncomfortable-looking place. Maybe it's for you if you want unfriendly hosts, no air conditioning or mosquito nets, and a small, unclean room 😊. Worst experience I've ever had.

The Dicev complex and its owners aren't worth our time. The owners seem dishonest and disrespectful to guests, and their smiles felt fake and insincere. Their lack of consideration also extends to Margarita, the elderly cleaning worker, who struggles with the rooms at her age. We took out the trash each day and swept up sand to make things easier for her. What passes for cleaning is limited by the owners not providing proper cleaning products or equipment. An old broom was used, scattering hair from guests in neighboring rooms. The hygiene and maintenance were awful throughout. The drains and sewer system are very old and worn, with a foul smell like a public restroom coming through the risers, hallways, and floors. Plumbing is old, with peeling paint, rust, and leaks, and the toilets flush weakly. Electrical outlets are pulled out of the walls with wires exposed, which puts guests' health and safety at risk. The linens and towels are faded, frayed, worn, and very old. The room fridge was weak and dirty inside, with crumbs and stains from previous guests' food. Many rooms have no air conditioning. The kitchen and hallways were filthy, the kitchen had only two stove burners and two old frying pans for many rooms, leading to frequent queues, and there was no fridge for guests' larger food items. The walls were marked with dirty hand and shoe prints, curtains were old and dirty, and the furniture was worn, scratched, scuffed, and broken in places. After we left, the owner messaged us privately to demand payment for old, worn-out sheets because of blood stains, and threatened us with trouble and problems. Those sheets had already been used for years by previous guests and were very worn. That confirmed for us how rude, petty, and disrespectful the hosts are. These conditions show how little regard they have for their guests.
