Moreto Seaside Aparthotel

The staff were polite and helpful, though only a few spoke English. For the price, this modest hotel is good value. The beach is only 100 meters away and was uncrowded, with sunbeds and an umbrella on its private section. Food was decent, with most of the menu changing each day, and fruit and desserts at every meal. Vegetarian choices were limited. Our room was very clean but a little small. It was cleaned now and then during the stay, and our towels weren’t changed for seven days. Parking was crowded and there’s no dedicated lot, so you have to find a spot wherever you can. We did find one when we arrived. The pool is very small, but it has a kid-friendly area.

The property is just 30-40 meters from the beach, and the price includes sunbeds and umbrellas. Our apartment was spacious, very clean, and the staff were friendly. Full board was included too.

The cleaning service was very good, and the food was okay, though it was sometimes cold. Still, the stay was disappointing. We chose an apartment because we were traveling with children and expected basic dishes and kitchen items. It was completely empty, with no glasses at all, not even one to use for brushing our teeth. It felt much worse than a hotel room. The hotel was full of bedbugs. Be careful, I woke up with around 50 bites on my body.

Our sea-view apartment had an amazing view, and the living room and bedroom were both bright and spacious. The staff were really nice and helpful, although some spoke only Russian, which made communication difficult. We were happy with our stay and would recommend it to friends with kids vacationing in Obzor. The hotel is close to the beach, though it’s narrow and, in my opinion, not ideal for children because the water gets deep very quickly. We paid for full board. The food tasted fine, but it was nothing special and much the same every day. The restaurant only opens for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; there’s no lobby bar. For coffee, you’re left with the machine or the beach bar. Our one-bedroom apartment was fine for a few days. Guests aren’t allowed to cook in the rooms, so there’s no oven, microwave, or similar equipment. The pool is quite small, but we preferred the sea. The town and its grocery stores are a pleasant 15-minute walk away.
