Apart Hotel Nevada

After getting lost in the woods on slippery snow, with one of us nursing a broken hand, we finally reached the hotel’s back entrance. We weren’t asking for charity, just hoping to buy something, warm up briefly, and get to the main road. An employee answered and, because of the language barrier, called her supervisor. The supervisor turned us away and shut the door in our faces because we weren’t guests. It was hard to see the rules take priority when we were clearly struggling. The employee quietly let us in anyway and made sure we were okay. That small act of kindness restored some of our faith in people. We’ll remember her compassion, even though the supervisor’s response disappointed us. Five stars for the kind employee, zero for management.

The staff were so helpful and polite, and took care of all our requests. Our room was clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were really tasty. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come back.

The restaurant was a real highlight, with delicious, high quality food and a good range of options for different tastes. It worked well for a hearty meal before skiing or dinner afterward. Getting to the nearest ski slope was easy, so I could spend more time on the snow. I stayed at Apart Hotel "Nevada" for a week about a year ago, during a couple of weeks in the area. My room was warm and had a comforting feel, which was especially welcome after time in the crisp mountain air. The easy slope access, cosy room, and good restaurant made it a delightful stay. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a mountain retreat.

Glamour chalet in the center has very good food and a super friendly team. At our hotel, Nevada, the spacious room was kept clean, but the restaurant was horrible. Pamporovo is a small ski resort, and the pass costs from 98 leva a day for only 40 km of slopes. In France, at Les Saisies, I pay 48 euro for about 200 km of slopes.
