Breakfast was awesome, especially the delicious homemade pastries we tried. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice, with everything you might need and a beautiful mountain view. The staff were friendly and attentive, too. I’d definitely choose this hotel again when I’m next in Pamporovo, and think it’s good value for money.

The room views of the mountains were stunning, and the rooms have kitchens. We went in June, when the hotel was almost empty since it’s mainly visited during ski season. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was massive and amazing, and I loved that it featured local Rhodhope food.

Prices were very reasonable even in high season, and traditional breakfast was included. We stayed three days with six people and an infant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, though reaching the ski lift takes some walking. The staff can point you to shortcuts.

The apartment had a lovely balcony view, just like the pictures, and it’s close to Snezhanka peak, about 10km from Smolyan. The equipment was fine: two hobs, a fridge, a sink, and the necessary cutlery. There was separate air conditioning for the open plan kitchen and bedroom. Great value for money.
