We had an apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, and lounge with a sofa bed. From the sofa bed, we could enjoy the balcony view each morning, while the bedroom window looked out toward the main ski slopes. The room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Everyone on staff was eager to help, and they did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. I look forward to coming back.

The apartment was warm, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect. There’s a small spa to unwind in after skiing. Breakfast was good, though not outstanding, and the service was very good, especially considering it was during covid time. Our family plans to return soon.

We’ve stayed here for the third time this year and can happily recommend it. It’s a small, family-run hotel that makes a holiday feel special. Everyone, from the cleaners to the waiter, was lovely, friendly, and ready to help. One friend needed a later checkout, and the staff kindly let them stay longer for free. Thanks to the Dafovska team ❤️ We’ll remember this place next time we visit Pamporovo.
