It’s a sweet little family hotel, and the hosts are very respectful and helpful. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and it never felt unpleasantly crowded like the big resorts. Breakfast is continental, with coffee or tea in the morning. There’s also a lovely dog outside called Maxi. He’s no trouble at all and very respectful. Thanks for a pleasant stay ☺️ P.S. Maxi deserves more treats haha.

Our quick ski break was great, and the staff were so kind they even helped clear snow off the car. The rooms are always kept warm, and it’s close to Studenets. Breakfast was delicious, with mekitsi, Rhodope wedge and, as far as I understood, komple rotating during our stay. The only snag is that the restaurant may not serve lunch or dinner when there aren’t many people around. That was manageable since Pamporovo and Smolyan are close and have plenty of restaurants.

We enjoyed the hotel and plan to visit again. The hosts were kind and responsive, and the free parking was handy. There was lots of hot water, and the warm, clean rooms had extra blankets and pillows. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with something different each day, mekitsi, Rhodope wedge or "komple". The coffee was good too.
