There’s almost nothing nearby, and the area is very quiet. Malina ski lift is about a 10-minute drive. The apartment is spacious and has a fireplace with firewood provided. Check-in was friendly and efficient, the rooms were clean, and the beds were adequate though not especially comfortable. The kitchen has what you need to cook and eat, but there was no washing-up liquid or dish towels. The bathroom is basic, with a shower curtain. The TV only had Bulgarian channels, which wasn’t necessarily a problem, but the lack of WiFi definitely was. You get what you pay for, and it’s a good fit for families who want peace and time to unwind.

We booked a clean, spacious apartment for four people, an infant and a dog for three nights, and it was good value for money. There wasn’t much cookware, but enough to make a decent meal. The restaurant was small, with just a few tables, and the menu was fairly short. The fried meatballs were perfect, and I’d say they’re a must.

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, and the complex was clean, stylish and spacious, with excellent, attentive and efficient service. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, and the food was great. The chef even came over to ask if everything was okay, very professional. Everyone on staff was great, and reception welcomed us warmly and in a friendly way. The setting in the forest gives you beautiful nature and an amazing view of the Pamporovo slopes. We’ll certainly come back for a longer holiday.

It felt like being at home, and every little detail mattered. The staff were all super kind and polite, and the restaurant food was the best I’ve ever tried, with homemade products and support for local businesses. The rooms were great, really warm, and had well-equipped kitchens. We’re so pleased with the place. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars, and I’d highly recommend it.

Nadia and her family made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The meal was freshly cooked, generous, and genuinely good traditional Bulgarian food. We all thought it was among the best restaurants in Pamporovo, and the hosts were the best. Great value too. Thanks, Nadia, we can't wait to come back.
