Monastery 2 Pamporovo

We arrived as a group of 22, and check-in was quick and professional. Special thanks to manager Sasha. The peaceful setting in Pamporovo was lovely, and our rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. Staff helped us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the steam bath and sauna. Breakfast and dinner were included in our reservation. The meals were exquisite, with a variety of dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. I especially enjoyed the desserts. Renovations were underway during our stay, but they were on the lower levels and didn’t disturb us. I’m grateful to the staff for the great service and look forward to visiting again when the renovations are done.

Sasha, the manager, made a real difference to our stay. She was kind, professional and always ready to help with a smile. Her care and attention to detail stood out. We had a wonderful family stay at Hotel Kamena. It’s clean, comfortable and very family-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Our family felt safe, relaxed and well looked after the whole time. We’d highly recommend it to families wanting a pleasant, stress-free vacation and excellent hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

We chose Hotel Kamena again in Pamporovo, for the second year in a row, with three families staying together. This time we had new rooms, all clean, tidy and very warm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Chef Mustafa welcomed us on Christmas Day and made our traditional sarma, which was excellent! Wine, beer and juices were free with dinner. Coming back again shows how good the price and service quality are.

A pleasant small hotel close to the centre, with spacious, clean rooms, friendly service and a nice sauna. It’s very warm, and the food is nice, though dinner finishes early.
