The hotel is definitely old, though it has kept its style. Only the swimming pool is free, you have to pay to use the spa. There’s no shuttle to the ski slopes. They’re close enough to walk to, but it’s uphill, and I was sweating a lot by the time I got there.

I left early because I couldn’t face another night there, and the stay ruined my trip. The room smelled damp as soon as I walked in. There was dust everywhere, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly in weeks. I even found someone else’s hair in the shower. The restaurant was just as bad. I got violently sick twice within hours of eating there. It seemed the food may have been stored or cooked badly, or both. I wouldn’t serve it to my worst enemy. Please stay far away from . Your health isn’t worth the risk. I’d give it 0 out of 5 if that were an option.

There was no hot water, and the bathroom locks didn’t work. The rooms were dirty, with lots of holes and strange stains and liquids on everything. The food seemed borderline poisonous: half my friends had stomach aches and some vomited.

Not bad, with plenty of facilities in the hotel. The rooms were decently designed and clean, but had quite a few things not working. The hair dryer was broken, some night lights were loose, the bathroom door handle was loose too, and the chair was unstable.

The staff are great, and I liked the place's cozy side. It's not a luxury hotel, so I'm not sure what people expect. Some dishes have spices I'm not used to, and those taste a bit strong and off-putting to me, but the other dishes without them are really delicious. Hygiene could be a little better.
