We come as a family every year. It’s right in the center of Pamporovo, near ATMs, shops, and restaurants. The lobby is spacious, the rooms are warm and clean, and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly too.

We’ve booked this fantastic hotel for a third year in a row. It has everything you need, and the service is great. The staff are always ready to help with anything.

The staff were appallingly bad. They kept accusing us of making noise and damaging the room at times when we were outside the hotel. All the damage they blamed us for was already visible before we moved in. A lamp fell onto the boy’s head and split his eyebrow, and then we had to pay for the lamp and the bloody sheets. I wouldn’t recommend this place under any circumstances.

Great views from the rooms, and I like being able to choose whatever I want for breakfast or dinner. Nice atmosphere too. Very sigma, very based. Valid place to bring your huzz.

My wife and I stayed in room 225 from January 19-26, and we want to thank everyone at Prespa Hotel for being so helpful, friendly, and welcoming, including the restaurant staff. We hope to return next year as part of our winter holiday plans. Best regards to the management.
