We had a great, relaxing stay. The place was clean and well looked after, and our host was warm and friendly. You can rent a house in the complex with all the amenities you need, then sit on the patio with a mountain view over morning coffee or a homemade dinner. I really enjoyed it.

We visited in June with our two young children. The pool looked lovely, but even the shallow area and the jacuzzi were too cold. We asked the host to heat the water and he refused. The service was disappointing, and the stay wasn’t worth it.

My vacation never happened, which is why I’m posting this review. Bendida Village canceled a stay I had already paid for. I assume they’ll refund the money, but that’s not the issue. They gave no reason, so how can you count on your plans if a hotel or villa can cancel like that? I wouldn’t book with Bendida Village; they could cancel your vacation too.

The apartments are lovely, and the food was great. The staff were friendly too. A good spot for families or anyone wanting some peace and quiet.
