The location was good, but the stay was a real disappointment. You could hear everything the neighbors said or did because the rooms had no soundproofing. There was also a very loud party in the ground-floor restaurant, with a singer, going until 3 a.m. That’s not what I expect from a mountain spa hotel where people come to relax. The spa facilities were switched off, and nobody was there to turn them on. A waste of money, and I wouldn’t go back.

A lovely surprise in Bulgaria. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the atmosphere was friendly, and service was excellent. Breakfast was very good too. I’d recommend it.

I was impressed by how organized and professional the whole staff were, and everyone was welcoming. The hotel was clean from the moment I arrived. The restaurant is high quality and stays open later at night than restaurants in the USA. I visited Eco Hotel Momata in early April 2019, on the recommendation of the Mayor of the neighboring village. I’d love to come back with my family on my next visit to my native country.
