Bike Hostel Plovdiv

Konstantin was a big help with getting us settled and sorting transport when we needed to drop off our rental car. He speaks English very well, though he doesn’t live at the hostel. We arranged a time to meet, and he unlocked the gate for us and made us real coffee. It’s an old, slightly rough-around-the-edges place, and the outside looks scruffy, but don’t let that put you off. The facilities were cosy, the beds comfortable, and it was reasonably quiet at night. We shared with one other person, and it was more than worth the price. The bus station is only a few minutes’ walk away.

Konstantine runs the place and made us feel very welcome. He emailed before we arrived so he could greet us in person, and was really helpful. The apartment is close to the Metro Turizm bus station, the old town, and parks.

Konstatine, the owner, is delightful. It’s a lovely little flat turned into a hostel, just a short walk from the bus station. I’d love to visit again.

There was enough comfortable space, and our host was the kindest and friendliest. He even let us try some traditional Bulgarian food :)
