I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. The breakfast choices were terrible, and it's completely unacceptable that reception or kitchen staff didn't know a word of English. A disaster, zero rating.

The beds were really comfortable, and the room was spotless. Staff were friendly and polite, always around when we needed anything. It's very close to the city center, and the underground parking is handy, with an elevator to reach it. Great place to stay.

The reception guys were very friendly, and our room was spotless. It was quiet during our stay, though I imagine it gets busier in summer. The Old Town and Kapana are a fair way off, but you can walk there easily. Clean, excellent hotel. Recommended.

Nice, tidy, clean room, and the hotel service was lovely too.

8/10
The rooms were very clean, but noise was the real drawback. It felt as if the hotel were made of cardboard, with sounds from everywhere seeming to come from our own room. Kapana is about a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel is right across from the Plovdiv Fair. Parking can be a bit difficult because of the elevator, though staff are always there to help.
