I stayed for a week, and my room was cleaned every day. It was cozy and had good lighting. The staff were kind and welcoming, and made me feel at home. The hotel is chic, classy, and tastefully designed. I'd definitely recommend it if you're in Plovdiv.

The cold air conditioning was the only redeeming part. Our room wasn't very clean, and there were stains on the pillows. Parking was limited, and when we asked where to leave the car, the woman at reception just shrugged. The staff were rude and argued with us when we raised concerns about the WiFi. Wouldn't recommend it.

The room on the top floor was convenient, but had a faint smell like someone had smoked in it. It could use a bit of renovation. The hotel is somewhat outside the very center, though you can walk there in 20-25 minutes.

The room had a bad smell, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly and made strange noises. The pillows were too small, too. At reception, the boy gave us the wrong receipt, so we had to pay more the next day.

Hotel Bordo is my preferred place to stay in Plovdiv on business trips. It's in a quiet area, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast is good. There's always parking available, and the Wi-Fi works pretty well. It's definitely worth the price.
