The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were clean and modern. It's a cute hotel in a nice spot in the heart of the oldtown Plovdiv, with very friendly staff.

The service was much better than the accommodation itself, but the room was the main problem. We booked a regular double, not a premium one, and found it extremely uncomfortable. If you’re not claustrophobic going in, staying here might make you feel that way. The hygiene was unacceptable.

Having a parking spot was a real bonus for us, and the room even had white music playing, which was a lovely surprise. The place was spotless and had everything a traveller might need, with super friendly, helpful staff. It’s easy to find, right in the middle of the Old Town. Well deserved five stars, and we’d definitely recommend it.

The private outdoor seating area is beautiful, and the staff are attentive, even bringing breakfast to your room. Gallery 37 sits between the old town and The Trap, with lovely streets, dinner spots, and fun bars just a few minutes away. It’s a great base for enjoying Plovdiv, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.
