There's no elevator, which may matter if you have mobility difficulties. The location is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Very good value for the price. I stayed in spring and summer, and it was perfect for a stay then.

The shower head needs cleaning because the water sprays everywhere, and there's no curtain or shower door. The location is excellent. Be sure to book the one outside parking spot, which costs 15 bgn a day!

The room was average, but the staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The biggest disappointment was how cold it got. The AC ran all night, but the room still wouldn't warm up. The units are old and weak, so it's probably better to visit in spring or summer. It was also very noisy.

The location is perfect, right beside the pedestrian area with restaurants and shops, and near the mosque. We had a wonderful stay. Our studio was comfortable and cozy, with a kettle, fridge, and extra pillows and blankets. The spa is small but works very well for relaxing after a full day walking around the city. The gym is quite big, with plenty of machines and weights. The ladies at reception were warm and friendly. They helped print our bus tickets and greeted us with a smile every morning. We can't recommend it enough!

Comfortable beds and bathrooms that are okay. There's no elevator, so keep that in mind if you're staying on a higher floor. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Kapana District, though it gets somewhat noisy at night. An okay hotel.
