Villa Flavia Heritage Boutique Hotel

What I remember most about Flavia Hotel is how welcoming the team was. They were attentive and sincere, and made the stay feel warm. Konstantin’s enthusiasm for the hotel and its history is infectious, and the staff clearly admire him. With their care and his vision, the place has the potential to become something truly special. The hotel itself has plenty of character, built above ancient Roman baths that lend the place a quiet sense of history. The team deserves a lot of credit. Highly recommended.

We spent August of 2025 at Villa Flavia and loved it. There was lots of room, and the location worked really well. Service was great from the front desk through housekeeping. Breakfast was excellent too, and we loved seeing the Roman ruins underneath the hotel. We'd happily stay again on our next trip to Plovdiv.

The 1800 years old Roman Baths down in the basement were incredible, and the rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was excellent, with hot dishes and a range of local items. The location also puts all sorts of amenities in Plovdiv close by. The staff did everything they could to make the stay a good one. Thanks for a wonderful visit.
