Guest House Oasis

Clean place with friendly hosts. It's a five-minute walk to both the center and the beach, and there's paid parking nearby. We'll definitely come back.

The house was clean, and the receptionist was genuinely lovely and helpful. The supposed owner, an older man, was the opposite: his customer service needs a lot of work. There are two parking spaces outside, but some guests seem to get priority, leaving paid parking as the only option for others. The stated checkout time is 11, yet he may tell you to leave around 9:30 or 10 because the room needs cleaning. Don't expect him to ask nicely. Once you've paid and are leaving, apparently there's no need to treat you well. I'd give one star without the receptionist's good service. My advice to the owner: let your daughter handle guest conversations. She's good at it, you aren't.

The house was clean, but it made a poor impression that there wasn't even soap or more than a few rolls of toilet paper. Checkout was awful. They rushed me out around 9:30 in the morning because the next guests were coming, although the announced checkout time was 11. The owner and his wife have a terrible attitude toward guests and need to improve how they treat people.

Being near the beach is the only good thing about this guesthouse. There's an angry old woman around all the time, and their two parking spaces go to their own people. I spent an hour looking for somewhere to park. The cleaner also came into my room while I was asleep. There's an awning in the yard, but tenants can't use it, and you have to keep quiet after 10 p.m. I won't stay here again.
