The pools were large and pleasant, but the holiday wasn’t great for me. Our room was small, unclean, and had some mold. The food didn’t match what we paid. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We came as a family for three days. Parts of the stay were okay, but it was horrible in other ways. Our first room was very far away, so we asked to move because my grandma has trouble with her legs. They shouted that they didn’t care. The rooms were awful, with bugs everywhere. The beach is far from the hotel, too. I won’t ever come here again.

We had a two-bedroom apartment with a big living room, kitchen, and washing machine. The rooms had AC and were cleaned regularly. The hotel and staff were fine, and the place is set among the trees, about 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the center of Primorsko. Friends told us the all-inclusive option wasn’t worth it. The hotel was full of Ukrainian and Russian families, so expect doors slamming or kids crying to wake you up on many mornings. The pools close at 8 PM.
